Great corner lot at the intersection of Caribe and Sea Horse. So convenient, close to the Island Bridge and easy access wherever you need to go. Maybe 5 minutes to one of Padres great Gulf beaches, maybe 15-20 minutes to Port Aransas. Build new in this great settled section of the Island and not have to deal with construction on all sides. Exit SPID to the right at the first light after you go over the Island bridge. Personally, as soon as I top the bridge I start feeling like I'm taking a mini-vacation. There's just 'something' about being on Padre Island. Lots of wide open spaces, room to breath, water, etc etc.
